Working as part of a team of medical device certification generalist, the role will entail conducting overall administrative work including audit project management, financial data control, and technical sales support. MHS Coordinators enable manufacturers, importers and distributors to meet their compliance obligations, help them to develop safe and effective devices and to enable them to sell their devices around the world. This role would suit an experienced administrator on Medical Device certification industry. - Audit project management from beginning to end. Tracking, monitoring each step for project completion - Trouble shooting management– project related - Financial data management – Sales, Cost, P&L, Comparison between budget and actual figure - Team work activities
| Job Requirements
- At least Bachelors degree, preferably scientific major - Previous experience of working in an administration / operation role - Previous experience in sales administration with SAP SD module preferred - Fluent English (Business level) and Korean - Knowledge on certification process - ISO 13485, MDD, IVDD, MDSAP - Team management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, organizational, multi-tasking skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills |
